4 traffic cones that belong to resident taken after works on drain

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9453728.

There were works on a drain outside 10A Radnor Rd, Horfield, Bristol BS7 8QY. The resident left their own traffic cones on the road to prevent parking. When the works were done, the council took 4 traffic cones that are different to the councils ones that belong to resident.
