Street lights not on full power/dim

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9449071.

Lighting on Palace View between the junction with Murray Av and Rafford Way toward the Rafford Way end, not working properly. 3 of them are very dim, as if on reduced power, and with the overhanging large trees, the area is very dark at night.
