Failed road issues ignored

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9447228.
Some of the recently and frequently reported potholes in Aston were fixed a couple of weeks ago. However, as is always the case, other potholes merely a couple of feet away were not addressed, likely because they are a couple of millimetres shallower than the council criteria for fixing, meaning again, as is always the case, they'll need urgent fixing in the very near future. However, on this occasion there is a new level of incompetence. My last report mentioned the myriad of potholes and failed road areas on the bends leading up to and just after the Aston ditch bridge on the way to Bampton, all of which were reported. Drivers have to swerve across the middle line to miss them. Then, there are the glaringly obvious serious issues at the Newhouse Farm cottages crossroad on Aston Road with Lew and Yelford. In this case, the holes were marked for fixing at the same time as those in Aston, but have been completely ignored and the white paint is nearly worn away. They are so bad that Witney bound vehicles now have to drive on the opposite side of the carriageway. Now this could be a case of someone needing glasses, or maybe just not very good at the job, but I dare say some might feel a lot of these issues are being left so contractors can get paid to come out again. Whatever the reasons, please get someone qualified to take a proper look instead of just driving past and missing these issues.
