Human waste outside the St Vincent's Brixton centre

Human waste was discovered on Monday 11 May. This was reported to Lambeth Council. The waste is still there today, Wednesday 13 May. I have previously been advised not to clear this myself, however I will need to as this is both a health hazard and offensive to our visitors and neighbours who live next to the centre.

To be honest, I think the heavy rain may have 'fixed' the problem. I received 4 separate emails from the Council stating it would be looked into within 10 days.
