Yellow lines faded and worn out bollards missing

The yellow lines on all parts of the junction of Whaddon road and Severn Road, Whaddon Road and Cleeve view road are all in poor condition or faded.this has lead to an increase in people parking on the on the junction. Also the majority of bollards around the corner by the shop are missing meaning cars park all over the pavement making it difficult for disabled and elderly people to travel across the junction. There is large amount of elderly and disabled who use the community centre on the junction and the shop the other side who experience difficulties due to this issue.
