This is a Cark Park? Council Run. Why are there so many A Boards on the way in by the parking information sign. Again. Should a liscence be applied for. If so should be displayed. Some are tatty. Tied or chained to a tree or post? Again business signs. Fly postering ? See council policy reguards applying for a liscence.
