A Board made from old pallets? How safe is it. Have they got a liscence? 2 signs placed in pedestrians way. But above all one in the way of a vision impaired person. As they use the curb edge of the footpath.they approach the raised slabs to indicate they are near a crossing . This sign would cause a big problem. In the local paper the council were going to deal with this issue. But this sign is a hazard...
