Curb has been damaged and our loose/upended causing trip hazard and potential damage to vehicles

This problem has been getting worse for some years since I first noticed it. I imagine it is caused by heavy vehicles such as the refuse Lorries grinding against them as it is a narrow entrance in to the entrance to Arnold Way evens access road. Two curb stones have come loose one appears to have been up ended recently
