This VW has been abandoned here for nearly 6 months without any action. It is preventing road sweeper access. Also now a camping/caravan trailer has now been abandoned next to the car. Is this now a scrap yard??

  • Theres another abandoned car there now.... its becoming quite a scrapyard now. Here's a top tip..... locate the last or the known registered keeper, make them pay for the removal. If a car is bought from an owner, the owner is legally required to transfer the details to the DVLA using the logbook V5. If the new keeper is not the registered owner, then the previous owner should be responsible. Simple as that.
