Completely faded disabled parking bay

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9440144.

The bay has not been repainted in over 8 years. Disabled resident can not access her home. This has been reported to LBB relentlessly over the past 2 YEARS!!! Yet nothing has been done. Police have been called along with fire brigade to assist the disabled resident whom had to pass a medical at the civic centre 10 years ago in order to create a disabled bay for her. It's completely faded and other residents are using the bay without a blue badge. What is the reason LBB are making the disabled resident House bound? The bay is the only place to park for her as the main road is only accessible via 16 concrete steps which she can not use. I will be contacting the local MP and then will be sourcing legal advice to resolve this. This simply can not continue.
