Sent to Solihull Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9439620.

Car has been dumped there for close to 12 months, has an active sorn and no mot not sure about insurance. owner is unable to be identified. reported on gov website multiple times to no avail. parked in the turning circle at the end of saxon way.
