Overgrown Foliage, Bramble And Tree

The Tree, Bramble and Foliage has been reported now for over 4 years. This particular tree has been reported for being too tall and too close to the fence where the roots have caused damage to the fence of the house that it is adjacent too.

The fence needs to be replaced which compensation is needed due to the damage of the overgrown tree, bramble and foliage that has not been kept in check via the council. We kindly request that the council comes out and removes all the foliage and bramble so we can sort out a new fence for our property that we will need compensation for due to the damage of the overgrowth.

As for the tree we have asked multiple times via reports and phone calls and nothing has been done. If however this gets ignored once again we will be forced to take action ourselves and deal with the matter ourselves and will not be held responsible due to the fact this is a four yearly ongoing ignorance from the council per our requests.

You are aware that we have asked countless times to have the tree shortened by half its height like similar trees that have done around the area. The bramble and foliage has also been asked to be removed multiples as well in reports and phone calls.

The fact this has been ignored for over four years means this is the last report that will be written otherwise we will be forced to take action on the tree, bramble and foliage ourselves.

    More pictures from the inside the fence. It has recently been cut back as a lot of the ivy has been removed and hanging over foliage.

    All of this foliage and bramble needs removing as it has been left to just overgrow.

    The fence shows some of the damage. We have had to put bricks there to cover the gaps due to the foliage and root damage.
