Safety railings damaged

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9438766.

The safety railings are damaged on the corner by the traffic lights opposite the pub The Bear and Rugged Staff. This is a safety hazard, especially to cyclists turning at that corner towards Southmead Hispital. Also cars need to give it a wide swing to prevent it scratching the cars.
