Faulty pelican crossing

Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9437465.

The pelican crossing that crosses from the bus station to the train station has no audible signal and the turning cone on the underside of the control box is not working. I am working with a visually impaired person that cannot use this crossing as a result.
