Drains dangerous

Since the council work earlier this year the drains are now very uneven and dangerous. The issue is the whole way along the high street. I have spoken to the shops and they have seen councillors work on them previously and is not under their land. Can you please look at the drains as they are very dangerous to those walking on the pavement. How do we get this issue resolved?
