Missed drain clean

Last Thursday 7th May all the High Street drains on the side of the road were being blast cleaned with water. The one in front of my car and outside the old butter house was missed. Maybe as obscured? My neighbour has cut the hedge back so its now easy to see. Can it now have its clean please? All the water runs down in front of my house to this drain so if it gets blocked it affects my house. Thank you.
