Drain blocked and full of leaves

There's a drain that has been blocked for some time now, before the autumn leaves fell. You cannot look down into the drain now as it's full of leaves. The rain just runs down Holywell Crescent and off to Belmont Crescent as it can't go down the drain

Here we are over 12 months on and the drain is still just the same., still blocked. It makes you wonder what the council actually does with regard to maintenance

The drain is still blocked , full of leaves. I first reported it on 16 December 2016 and it had been blocked for ages prior to that ! Over two years and still not fixed !
