12 inch pothole reported in January 2026

I reported this pothole in January and was very disappointed to see the report has now been closed without the issue being resolved.

The pothole has significantly deteriorated since it was first reported and is now very large, with several surrounding holes making the road surface extremely dangerous. It is located as you turn off the A44 towards Wotton, right outside the driveway there.

Vehicles are having to move onto the opposite side of the road to avoid it, which is creating a serious safety risk and is an accident waiting to happen.

This issue urgently needs to be reassessed, and someone should come out to inspect the road surface properly before damage or an accident occurs.
