PLEASE HELP (if you haven't already)! If this was Lincolnshire, then Lincolnshire County Council would be providing prompt, comprehensive, and publicly-available updates to this report, right here on the FixMyStreet website, for everybody to see. Unfortunately, Norfolk County Council don't do that (and they even try to discourage people from actually using FixMyStreet)! Please SIGN THE PETITITION, to urge Norfolk County Council to start collaborating with FixMyStreet, in the same way as Lincolnshire County Council is doing (as well as other places, e.g. Oxfordshire)! PETITION WEB ADDRESS: https://c.org/ Nd7gcrX4Bk (A big thankyou to everybody who has signed the petition so far. We've already got nearly 340 signatures, but let's keep going, to really make an impact on make Norfolk County Council!)

The bins were pushed back beyond pavement to allow people to walk past but we will have to see in the near future if it goes back to the way it was. Some bins have started to impede pavement already, and are still left on this site permanantly instead of owners property.
