Another function at Berkswell Windmill. Cars parked both sides on the lane, agricultural vehicles or emergency vehicles unable to pass through. Cars parked on the lane on a bend with an already obstructed view by the windmill as the hedge is too high is an accident waiting to happen. Been reported previously but was advised lack of evidence. So images are provided from later in the afternoon at 4pm. Lorries struggled to pass having to go on the grass to pass through and pedestrians having to walk in the road is simply unsafe.
