Over hanging bush

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9432524.

Over hanging bush and debris on pavement from this property. Cars can park outside too and when it’s happens this bush and debris makes it impossible to get the wheelchair past and I go into the road. I’ve complained a lot and it is never fixed.
