This person leaves their property like this every single week they’ve got no respect for the property at all. This may belong to council or house Association. He didn’t give me an option on this to show how bad the rubbish is on a property. It just gave me strict cleansing and I don’t feel we should be tidying up or adding more to your workload to tidy up their rubbish. They are perfectly competent. Just don’t care.
