Observed Sunday morning 10 May, is a large plastic container [25 litre?] that has been fly-tipped as shown in the photo. The container feels as if it is two thirds full of a liquid. Maybe engine oil? The lid is intact; nothing is leaking. The location is approximately as per the PIN, on the left hand side when driving towards Princes Risborough. Thank you.
