Parked over the kerb. Filled with combustible rubbish. Unattended and unmoved since Easter. Has no MoT so cannot be driven and insurance will be invalid.

  • The van has just been driven away……given it has no MoT, I do hope it’s being driven to a pre booked MoT test (er, it’s Sunday morning….)
