Pipes need clearing
Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9424945.
There are two very large pipes that go from the pavement outside my house across my neighbours field discharging into the stream at the bottom of my garden. My neighbours planted trees over the pipes and their roots get into the drains. As a result my property is flooded!!! Please arrange for the CCTV camera to check and send the root cutting jetter. This has been a repeated problem for years.
