Over grown hedge, can not fit a push chair or wheelchair through. Dangerous for kids walking to school, having to walk in the road to pass.

    Even worse. Dangerous for families commuting to school or anyone with a wheelchair or pushchair. It needs the boundary reinstating not just cutting back.
