Pathway blocked by cars, having to go into busy A20 with pushchair to pass.

As can clearly be seen in the photo the entire pathway blocked by Audi and unable to pass with pushchair. It's parked there most days at 3pm.

  • The council said that the issue should be delt with by the police, even though you can clearly see the state of the road markings. Basically not their problem.
