Pallets of block paving & mini digger & dumper blocking whole pavement for last 5 days & unable to walk on pavement. Builders dirt etc. In gutters etc.

  • At this time, we do not intend to take immediate action. Following a site visit, no obstruction was identified that presents an immediate danger or safety risk to road users or pedestrians.

    Due to current resource limitations, our enforcement efforts must be prioritised toward matters that pose a significant danger or nuisance to the public.
