Black bin bags dumped on roadside for over a year

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9419981.

A number of black bin bags on roadside for over a year. Exact contents not known hence reported as hazardous due to uncertainty. Partially in undergrowth. Just on the narrow section of one way that bypasses the Parrys lane wall repairs.
