Officious looking people with clipboards walking around church st,Torquay recently. I have seen vans of highway-inspectors. The problem is the council talk a very good game and do nothing.We very rarely see traffic wardens.Never any police on beat..Enforcement action needs to be taken about extremely dangerous driving and parking around church st,Torquay. The police station is falling apart; I read online about it.
