Masses of large potholes

Spring Road is a mess with a large number of huge potholes all the way along the road. This road needs a total resurface - not just another round of patching up that only lasts a few months. This is a dangerous situation - drivers are having to wiggle along this road avoiding the holes rather than concentrating on driving
