Bushes overgrowing the footpath

The vegetation from the neighbouring property is overgrowing the footpath considerably, to the point where the path is now blocked to wide post chairs.

  • Investigation: Ongoing (Reported to a third party) - We can confirm that the vegetation is the responsibility of the landowner and is not currently causing any safety issues. We will contact the landowner and request they cut back their vegetation within 14 days of receipt of our correspondence. We will reinspect the vegetation to ensure they have complied.
