Utilty box directly on corner of hawkfield way

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9416703.

There is a metal utility box on this corner that has a sharp piece of metal bent backwards on it sticking outwards. It's ankle height and my dog has brushed up against it and scraped himself. I tried to bend it back so it wasn't sticking out and so much of a hazard but it wouldn't go back.
