While we await the twice postponed, 6 month delay and counting bollard replacement, please have someone remove the now trashed traffic cone - bits of which now further along the pavement too. That leaves 2 cones standing - will they last? Will the bollard finally be replaced? Watch this repeatedly neglected space...
