2 large, deep potholes on junction of fast moving A road

There are two large consecutive potholes on the short slipway from the A4074 onto the Reading road entering Woodcote. This is a fast moving road with cars travelling at the national speed limit and these holes are directly in the path of vehicles that will need to be slowing from 60mph to 20mph to then make a fairly sharp left turn into the village.
These holes have been present a number of months, progressively getting worse and due to their position they are a huge hazard and are a potential cause of significant injury and damage.
