Rats on public footpath- Aylestone Meadows

On the footpath on Aylestone Meadows there are a large amount of rats running about & what looks like a rather large nest. You can see the holes (at least 3) where they are going in. The mound is quite sizeable.

This is on Braunstone Lane East entrance - next to a business called County Display. It is NOT on the business property.
