Two very noisy manhole and drain covers near top of Allbrook Hill in Eastleigh

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9414034.

One manhole cover loose fitting making a loud double clack noise when vehicles drive over them. Visibly moves when diven over Top of the hill 25 metres before top roundabout. Due to the heavy traffic through Allbrook Hill the noise is continuous all day and into the night. Second issue is drain cover outside number 34 Allbrook Hill. Damaged to tarmac and very noisy when driven over. Visibly moves when driven over.
