The rubbish has been outside this house for at least 2-3 months now so I collection clearly hasn’t been

Rubbish is constantly left in this area and it doesn’t help that the council (I assume) erected a steel fence on the green at least 4 months ago for apparently no reason. Nothing has been done there at all. The area is a complete eyesore
