Right of way cannot be seen due to being ploughed over and cannot be followed because soil is ploughed over

  • Investigation: Ongoing - Thank you for your enquiry. A Rights of Way Officer has now inspected the site. The landowner has been contacted and reminded of their statutory responsibility to reinstate and clearly mark the cross‑field path. We will continue to monitor the situation.
