Overgrown hedge blocking drivers visibility on corner

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9412281.
This hedge is very overgrown and is taking up most of the footpath. It leans outwards towards the road and blocks visibility on what is already a very difficult corner to see round. Cars are always parked on the corner, meaning drivers have to go on to the wrong side of the road, but this hedge means you can’t see round the corner until you’re almost completely round it. I have had many near misses here because of the reduced visibility, and know others that have too. The parking will continue because there are no lines but if the hedge was cut back the corner would be much safer.
