Hi, our drainage ditch at the front of our house is collapsing. We would like to stabilise it with gabion baskets. Do we need permission?

    I know you guys are very busy.. we could do with your response here as the summer is coming and the ditch will be dry to do the work. If we miss this then it will be another year before we can do it again. Thank you in advance.
