Lack of parking

I sent this draft to our MP Olly Glover, he is looking into this and also suggested I contacted you.

There is an ongoing issue on The Oval regarding the lack of parking on The Oval, which we’re hoping you can help with. There is a parking lay-by opposite my property 23 The Oval OX11 7EL catering for 3 cars, (1car parks for weeks on end reducing to only 2 available spaces) what is required is an extension of this and the lay-by opposite to allow vehicles from lower down The Oval, ie no. 1-17 to park, making the narrowness of the entrance to The Oval accessible . Angelia windows have storage at the rear of the properties 29-35 and periodically a huge wagon comes to deliver and take away the unwanted product. Because of parked cars all the big wagons have to go up on the grass verge destroying and churning the mud onto the road. This also includes the council bin wagons. Not for the first time we couldn’t get to our property due to a delivery van blocked the road, due to residential cars on the road, if this was one of the emergency services it doesn’t bear thinking about.

So feel the easy solution extend the parking bays on the actual green could be considered. I tried taking photos but could up/down load apologies
