Missed Grass cut

I live in Bethersden Close Beckenham BR3 1PE and the grass cutters came yesterday and missed the 3 pieces of grass in Bethersden Close BR31PE. They cut 1 piece of grass but not others and the piece they cut with ride on mower yesterday they never strimmed it afterwards. Please can you send grass cutting crew to Bethersden Close BR31PE to cut and strim what they missed. Why do they always miss these pieces of grass. It's 100% council and on your list. We all pay parking permits here because its council highways. Please send team to cut the grass.
