Fly tipping including asbestos

There is fly tipping beside the edge of the road which looks to include asbestos. There is a Water course nearby so there is the potential with the rain to wash asbestos dust into the Water course. This was previously reported, ref 9404210, however was pinned to the incorrect location. This is located on Hawks Wood Ln, 100 meters north from where Alder Bourne river passes under the road.
