Tight 20-25mph bend on national speed limit.

As a local business resident and in consultation with other domestic residents in the area, a concern has been raised following on from numerous incidents resulting in cars coming from Shipdham airfield ind est towards Shipdham not realising the speed restriction required to safely go around the bend. Yesterday we had a lad (new driver) attend an interview at Falcon Tower Crane Services and leave, only to come off the road and into the ditch. This is a regular (but possibly self managed in a lot of cases) occurence that could simply be helped by some warnings and measures. As the incidents are self managed, I would imagine that it does not get reported to Highways for review. I believe that this happens around 5-10 times per year. It is not neccessarily weather related, just extreme physics associated with the turn and the low speed requirement. The inevitable loose gravel on the sides of the road doesn't help.
