Abandoned car on Woodley Close

There is a Ford Ka parked at the car park on Woodley Close no. 28-31. The car has been parked there for several months now and on DVLA website is shown as without having a valid MOT or Tax. Also, due to a limited number of parking spaces, cars are being parked on grass.
