Streetlight not repaired since 3rd week of January (over 3 months)

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9405090.
Streetlight out of action since January - have reported, chased, raised complaint and emailed various councillors. Still not repaired and some emails have been ignored. I do not find 3+ months an acceptable time frame and formal complaint has not been resolved nor escalated

If this was Lincolnshire, then Lincolnshire County Council would be providing prompt, comprehensive, and publicly-available updates to this report, right here on the FixMyStreet website, for everybody to see. Unfortunately, Norfolk County Council don't do that (and they even try to discourage people from actually using FixMyStreet)! Please SIGN THE PETITITION, to urge Norfolk County Council to start collaborating with FixMyStreet, in the same way as Lincolnshire County Council is doing (as well as other places, e.g. Oxfordshire)!
