The pavement tarmac outside 398 needs redoing as it's breaking up, particularly in front of my garden wall and there are holes there now. It wasn't done very well after the last gas works were carried out. The whole pavement all the way from 398 Court Road to the bottom at 368 needs replacing and resurfacing as it's uneven and in a terrible state, due to all the times it's been dug up by various contractors for broadband and gas works over the years. Residents in our road feel very overlooked by the Council in maintaining our road and pavement here, and the road has some humps and bumps in it, like outside No. 378, that needs to be sorted out, as driving over them is awful for our cars suspension. Please can this be actioned, as it's time our road was looked after, given we have to put up with the farmers driving their tractor up this road to access the field, and his combine harvester, as well as, extra traffic flow for drivers wrongly looking for Hewitt's Farm and the Chelsfield Golf Club, who are forever coming up our road and reversing and turning into our residents driveways, to considerable annoyance, despite our road being a T Junction and two signs at the bottom, they take absolutely no notice of them, so better signage should also make it clearer. The problem is we have the exact same postcode as Hewitts and the Chelsfield Golf, so Google Maps and Satnavs send them to our road all the time, and despite asking Hewitt's and Golf club to change their postcode to something more unique to them, nothing is done about it. We have really had enough, as it causes alot of disturbance and annoyance, so please can you do something to reduce the number of cars and vans coming here by mistake.

Not happy with your response, did you read all the comments? Did someone attend to look at the road and pavements properly? If the pothole by the drain in the road outside 398 is not sufficient enough to be fixed, it soon will be if left untouched. The ridges/gaps in the road are getting wider too, not a smooth surface to drive over either, should be filled in. Heavy vehicles like the farmers tractor, rubbish collection etc make the road surface worse. The Council haven't done any work in our road in all the years I've lived here, 13, so it's about time you did. What about the other points raised about repairing the whole pavement all along Court Road BR6 9BX which is very uneven and bad in places? What about the hump in the road near 378 which is really bad? What about the T Junction signage and lack of directions on A224 for Hewitt's Farm and the Golf club, Satnavs/Google Maps and people being wrongly sent to our road all the time? How can this be improved please? You really must listen to residents concerns, We've been raising these points for a long time and you just dismiss us. Good job there is a local election tomorrow, we need change, to be listened to, not just ignored.
