Damage to the rain drainage blocks

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 9404126.

Someone has crashed their car into the storm/rain drainage concrete blocks about 2 weeks ago with some of them moved and damaged. Im not sure if there is damage to the drainage, however the blocks are damaged and now have sharp edges which could injure a motorcyclist etc if they were to strike it
