Fridge freezer's and loads of trees on pavment

This shop owner at 162 gt junction street , Leith has been warned many many times by the local council to keep the pavement clear outside his shop and he keeps ignoring them, now he has bloody huge fridge freezers and loads of xmas trees outside on pavement

Even more fridge freezers and boxs of mops and brushes all outside on the pavement. Took this picture today and its was raining very heavy and they were soaking and he is selling these as good working order

First pic is him putting second hand electrical goods out for sale i.e. Fridge and freezers and hoovers.
Second pic is all his stuff hanging from shop front he put bars and hooks in listed building walls
Third pic is all his stuff on pallets he is trying to sell as good used items with no proof they are good quality or have been checked by an electrical engineer
He puts all his crap out every time the council tell him to move it off the public footpath
